Lead Graphical Designer
SECURITY VETTING DIRECTIVE // MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
This job position requires a mandatory National Security Clearance. Candidates must meet the essential NATO security requirements to be eligible for certification:
- ■ Nationality: Active citizenship of a NATO member state.
- ■ Background Check: Clean criminal record and a clean financial/legal history.
- ■ Vetting Authorization: Formal consent to personal, professional and security background vetting.
SUPPORT PROTOCOL: Gaman will actively assist the selected candidate throughout the vetting process and fully cover all associated costs. Please note that obtaining and holding this security clearance is a strict requirement for contract signature and onboarding.
01 // OBJECTIVE & OVERVIEW
Owns the visual identity and creative output of Gaman, translating highly complex concepts into clean, high-impact visual media. Integrates cutting-edge Generative AI design workflows (AI-assisted rendering, vector generation, and conceptual prompt engineering) to hyper-accelerate creative iteration. Develops high-fidelity 3D asset renderings, pitch decks, technical infographics, and marketing collateral while adhering strictly to information security protocols.
02 // BASE FORMATION
- > BA or Master’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or Fine Arts
- > Specialized training in AI-assisted creative workflows, neural network-based image generation, and modern design automation
- > Proficiency across the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, 3D rendering packages (Blender, Keyshot), and advanced AI UI platforms
03 // REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, ideally within a technology, engineering, or aerospace environment
- Demonstrated portfolio proving expert command over generative design tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly) for rapid concept prototyping and background generation
- Experience working alongside engineering teams to accurately visualize technical products, advanced concepts, or hardware configurations
